WITHOUT CINDY: 2009

Taken from Cindy Sherman’s recent exhibition (11/08, Metro Pictures, NYC) she has been removed to give visual comfort and recreate the character as composition.  The amputated “parts” are composed (not pictured) on a board which matches their color making them invisible.
